All Bonjon Atelier products are custom made as they are made to order and are not pre-made or available from stock.
In general, customer -specific products are goods that are produced at the customer’s request. At Bonjon Atelier you always receive products that are made on demand.
The production therefore only takes place after the order and payment have been received.
No right of withdrawal for customized goods
According to the BGB (German Civil Code), there is no right of withdrawal for “goods that are made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs or that are not suitable for return due to their nature […]” (§ 312d Para. 4 No. 1).
In addition to being custom made, Bonjon Atelier products are unsuitable for return as they cannot be restored to their original condition without loss of substance. This applies in particular to textiles. Although they are not personalised, returned goods do not offer us any (added) value due to the desired size and color in combination with a unique design, especially since we cannot sell them again. In addition, we do not have a dedicated storage area for returns, in favor of maximum efficiency and low costs – which ultimately benefits you too.
For this reason, an exchange or return of a product is not possible because it was specially made for you as a buyer. However, we will try to find a satisfactory solution for you.
